Annie Poslusny is a graduate student at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She specializes in nineteenth century American Art and her research interests include race, gender, and material culture. At UNC, she has worked as a graduate assistant in the John and June Allcott Gallery and is currently a teaching assistant. Annie holds a B.A. from Meredith College in Art History, and a minor in Studio Art. During her time at Meredith, Annie held internships at Triangle Artworks, a non-profit arts agency, the Frankie G. Weems Gallery, and spent two years as a curatorial intern at the North Carolina Museum of Art. Annie also holds a B.A. in French language and literature from Marist College.
