About

Annie Poslusny creates miniature sculptures out of wool using the technique of needle felting. She enjoys the texture of wool and the challenges of creating 3-D forms. Each piece is one of a kind and handmade. Recently, Annie has begun working in 2-D as well, drawing on art paper and then felting through the paper to create  what appears to be a wool painting.

Annie completed her Master’s degree from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Art History in 2021 specializing in nineteenth century American Art. She also holds a B.A. from Meredith College in Art History, and a minor in Studio Art, 2019.
